What the app is
UFApp - Hero Rush is a free tool for tracking a personal trading-card collection. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from errors.
Unofficial fan project
UFApp - Hero Rush is an unofficial, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Marvel, The Walt Disney Company, Card Fun, or any publisher of the Marvel Hero Rush trading card game. All card names, card images, character names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification purposes within a personal collection tracker.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- One account per person; you must provide a valid email address.
- You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, scrape the service at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. Community contributions (such as suggesting card data fixes) must be made in good faith.
Your data
Your collection data is yours. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data. The app's collection records are a tracking convenience, not proof of ownership or value of physical cards.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
